The first gathering of Boxer
fanciers from South Carolina and surrounding areas was held on February
14, 2009 at the Carolina First Center in Greenville SC after the completion
of judging of Boxers at the Greenville Kennel Club show with 18 potential
members in attendance.
This meeting was called together
by Peggy Otto who had previously sent out email invitations. Peggy
described the want and need for a Boxer club to be based in South Carolina.
After much discussion, an agreement was made to form a Boxer club.
